Trey Wood is a Partner at StonePeak Real Estate Investments, overseeing the firm’s real estate acquisitions and asset management across the United States. He leads the acquisition strategy, manages due diligence efforts, and evaluates financial performance to guide investment decisions. Trey has been instrumental as a 1031 exchange consultant, assisting clients in the acquisition of over $800 million in commercial real estate assets.

His experience spans retail, office, industrial, and multifamily properties, with a focus on post-acquisition stabilization through asset management, construction, and leasing oversight. Trey also fosters key relationships with principals, brokers, managers, and vendors—enhancing execution and creating long-term value for investors.

Trey holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Real Estate emphasis from the University of California, Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California.
